Champagne and Gold

It was a pleasure for me to deliver the coolest looking QT we have supplied to date. Jane Taylor describes herself as a hippy chick of the 60's.

We first met Jane's husband David at the Romsey Show where he enthusiastically announced the QT was exactly what Jane had been looking for, less than 24 hours later, she signed the order at our kitchen table. Having bought the QT Jane wanted to make it even more distinctive and unique, she wanted it finished in champagne gold.

So, 5 weeks later, when the car arrived in West Moors, Jon removed the panels and took them to Dawsons, the local body shop. We knew if anyone could make a first rate job of painting the panels it was Mark Dawson, his reputation is legion and he didn’t disappoint on this occasion either.

Insurance was a little fiddly, as Jane needed a policy including business use and wasn’t keen on the idea of unlimited mileage, but we got there in the end with Footman James. Jane intends to use the car for her new homeopathy business with the strap-line "The best things come in small packages". Her pure gold QT certainly fits that bill.
